Ferrari
Founded by Enzo Ferrari in 1947 in Maranello, Ferrari’s origins trace back to his Scuderia Ferrari racing team from 1929, established after leaving Alfa Romeo. The first car, the 125 S, debuted in 1947 and achieved immediate race success. Its iconic “Prancing Horse” logo, adopted in 1932, was inspired by WWI pilot Francesco Baracca’s emblem. Ferrari is renowned for luxury sports cars and dominance in F1 via Scuderia Ferrari.
