Jaypads sells digital products only. No physical item will be shipped, and no shipping fees are ever charged.

How delivery works

• As soon as your payment is confirmed, your download links become available on the order confirmation page.
• The same links are sent automatically to the email address used at checkout.
• Each product page lists exactly which files are included in your download.

Didn't receive your files?

First, check your spam or promotions folder. If the email is still missing, contact contato@jaypads.com with your order number and we will restore your access — usually within 1–2 business days.

Lost your download link?

No problem — email us at contato@jaypads.com anytime and we will re-send it.

Printing your poster

Your files are print-ready. You can print them at home or send them to any local or online print shop — the license included with your purchase covers personal printing.
